Pierre Duvert, 22, of Bruce Avenue, Stratford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment, and threatening at 10:34 a.m. He will appear in court June 11.

Collin Bourne, 35, of York Street, Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, improper use of marker/registration plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, first-degree larceny, possession of a motor vehicle with a changed ID number, and larceny of a motor vehicle at 6:02 p.m. He will appear in court June 11.

May 31

Lawanna Lanese Costello, 44, of Capen Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 7:35 p.m. She will appear in court June 10.

Cheyenne Ashley Marshall-Delude, 26, of Edgemere Avenue, West Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:15 p.m. She will appear in court June 10.

June 2

Storm Lamiya Powell, 18, of Tayler Drive, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 3:36 p.m. She will appear in court June 10.

June 3

Samia Shantell Ramos, 20, of Caroline Street, Bridgeport, was charged with violation of a protective order at 6:07 p.m. She was to appear in court June 4.

June 4

Kaci Alysa Brandt, 32, of South Highland Street, West Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 7:24 p.m. She will appear in court June 10.

Nelson R. Bonilla Lizardo, 33, of Otlowski Court, Perth Amboy, N.J., was charged with third-degree larceny and spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card at 4:45 p.m. He will appear in court June 11.
