Oct. 23
Czeslawa Lipka, 87, of Dunlay Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 6:09 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 12.

Sirena Desire Brown, 37, of Capen Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 10:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 23.
Brianna T. Rosado, 31, of Divinity Street, Bristol, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, improper use of marker/license/registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, and possession of a controlled substance at 9:26 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 12.
Oct. 24
Mohammed Khider Abdalla, 39, of King Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 4:43 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 12.
Emmanuel L. Riveria-Exias, 25, of South Vine Street, Meriden, was charged with violation of a protective order (three counts) and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 1:14 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 27.
Oct. 25
Tylana Avery, 27, of Laurel Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree forgery, and risk of injury to a child at 6:52 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 12.
Juan Sebastian Moreno, 40, of Spring Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:51 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 13.
Oct. 27
Malik Carl Pierce, 28, of Lyons Street, New Britain, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction at 12:44 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 13.
Bryant Serrano, 27, of Bonner Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree larceny at 12:10 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 12.
Oct. 28
Aidan Sergei Purcell, 19, of Fawn Hill Road, Burlington, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, illegal use of a facsimile firearm, and threatening at 2:05 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 12.
Elizabeth M. Najamy, 63, of Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1:49 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 12.
Oct. 29
Liza J. Zanderigo, 33, of Asylum Street, Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, and possession of a controlled substance at 7:28 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 19.
Robert William Hastings, 22, of Charnes Drive, East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace at 6:35 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 30.
