Arianna Elisa Delgado, 20, of Hillhurst Avenue, New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 6:37 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 10.

Robert Boiano, 39, of Brackenridge Drive, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in the proper lane, and possession of a controlled substance at 11:43 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 10.

Sept. 7

Katharine Elizabeth Kluger, 42, of Talcott Notch Road, Farmington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 12:18 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 8.

Sept. 10

Dana Patrice McCaster, 46, of Main Street, Danbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 9:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 10.
