Farmington's Bulky Waste Collection, What You Need To Know

FARMINGTON, CT — This is a big week to clean out your yard and home.

That's because bulky waste collection started Monday and it runs through Friday, Oct. 24.

Farmington residents who have trash collection paid through the town’s annual special service fee can place bulk items curbside the night before their regular collection day, and items will be picked up on the normal trash day.

"This is a great opportunity to clear out those larger household items before winter," wrote the town.
