Former Home Of Fotis Dulos Back On Market In Farmington

FARMINGTON, CT — The former Farmington home of the late Fotis Dulos, who was accused of murdering his estranged wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos, is back on the market, according to a new listing on Zillow.com.

Located on 2.27 acres at 4 Jefferson Crossing, the 13,000-plus square foot home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and is listed for $3,199,000. It was last sold in 2021 for $1,850,000; it had been listed for $1.75 million before the 2021 sale, down significantly from the 2019 asking price of $4.35 million.

The brick, colonial-style home was built in 2011 by Fotis Dulos' former construction company, the Fore Group, and it is where he and Jennifer Dulos lived with their five children for several years. She and the children moved to New Canaan in 2017 when she filed for divorce.

Jennifer Dulos vanished from her New Canaan home on May 24, 2019, and police believe she met a violent end at the hands of Fotis Dulos. Her body has not been found, and she was declared dead by a probate judge in late 2023. The Duloses were in the midst of the divorce and contentious child custody fight at the time of Jennifer's disappearance.

After Jennifer Dulos and the children moved out of the Farmington property, Michelle Troconis, Fotis' former girlfriend, moved into the home.

In January 2020, Fotis Dulos attempted suicide in the garage of the Farmington home, and he died a couple of days after the incident.

In March, Troconis was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, and related charges, in connection with Jennifer Dulos' disappearance and death. Troconis is appealing the conviction; she is scheduled to be sentenced on May 31.
