On Our Way to Feeling Like 100 Degrees in Farmington This Week
The work week forecast includes a chance of storms, but the big story will be the heat and humidity.

It’s taken a long time to consistently get her, but it looks like we are in for a long stretch of hot and humid weather this week in Connecticut.
Temperatures statewide will be in the 90s on Wednesday and Thursday and the heat index on both days could make it feel like 100 degrees.

There is a chance of continued storms on Monday and a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms also on Tuesday and Thursday.
But for the most part, it appears we’ll be dealing with mostly sunny, hot, and humid conditions for all of Connecticut this week.

On Monday, it will be mostly cloudy with a chance of more showers and thunderstorms with temps only in the low to mid 80s.
On Tuesday, a chance of showers and thunderstorms early and then the sun appears and temps rise into the upper 80s to near 90 degrees.
Wednesday and Thursday appear to be very similar with temps in the low to mid 90s with sunny skies, though there is a slight storm chance on Thursday.
Friday is a return to sunny skies and the temps are a bit cooler in the high 80s.
The first look at next weekend’s weather looks great with sunny skies and temps in the mid to upper 80s.
