Pedestrian Badly Hurt After Being Hit By Vehicle In Farmington: Police
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital via LifeStar helicopter Friday night, police said.
FARMINGTON, CT — A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital via helicopter with serious injuries Friday night after being struck by a vehicle on Route 6.
According to the Farmington Police Department, officers were called to Colt Highway (Route 6) at about 8:05 p.m. in the area of Farmington Chase Crescent.
There, responders found that a pedestrian sustained serious injuries, with the victim being taken to an area hospital by LifeStar helicopter.

The incident is currently under investigation by the North Central Municipal Accident Reconstruction Squad.
Route 6, which is also known in that area as Scott Swamp Road, was closed for several hours as part of the investigation.
