Prominent Farmington Shopping Plaza Sold: Report

FARMINGTON, CT — A prominent commercial property in town was sold to a pair of principals from Avon, according to a report.

The Hartford Business Journal reported that a 9,090-square-foot strip mall at 2 Spring Lane was sold for $1.87 million last month.

The transaction, the HBJ reported, involved two LLCs with Farmington addresses, though the principals with the buyers are from Avon.

The plaza is home to five businesses, including a well-known restaurant.
