Patch: When and how did your business get started?
Andrews Benefits: "Started actually doing business in 1989. Started in Farmington, CT in The Exchange."
Patch: Why did you choose the town you chose to start your business in?
Andrews Benefits: "We live in town and have always liked the town and needed proximity to our home and young, at that time children. Good location and rents also were important factors."
Patch: What is your business best known for?
Andrews Benefits: "We are a benefits agency helping all size businesses understand the complex ever changing world of all levels of health insurance and affiliated benefits and retirement plan options for them as well. We are a very service oriented agency who assists with the daily issues that arise in all facets of benefits. We also do an excellent job communicating the benefits to all employes with great materials individually designed for each client."
Patch: What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?
Andrews Benefits: "We go beyond just showing rates...We are trying to help clients create a long term strategy to control their benefit costs and have some peace of mind. We create communication material to make insurance and benefits understandable to all at all levels and have a great staff who is here to help."
