GLASTONBURY, CT — A parcel of land on Main Street in South Glastonbury has gone on the real estate market.

The 2.08 acres at 177 Main St. appeared on the real estate web portal Zillow Monday.

The price tag is $269,900.

According to the listing, the land is part of a two-lot subdivision with a shared driveway, but is "the more desirable of the two."

The land is in close proximity to Nayaug School, the Draghis Farm stand and the 75-plus acre Great Pond Preserve.

The property is being listed by Paul Jacques, of Jacques Realty.
