Town Of Glastonbury: Adjusted Town Facility Hours On Thursday

Town Hall and select Town facilities will close briefly from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Thursday, December 18, 2025, to allow employees the opportunity to attend a Town-wide staff meeting.

Citizens who wish to do business at Town offices should please plan accordingly and refrain from visiting Town facilities during the closure periods noted below.

• CLOSED from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM:
• Town Hall
• Sanitation Office (2149 Main St.)
• Facilities and Information Technology Departments (Academy Building)
• Youth & Family Services – OPEN for scheduled activities and sessions only (No walk-ins.)
• All other facilities OPEN with standard/scheduled programming as follows:
• Police Department (excluding Records Unit - closed from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
• Fire Department
• Parks & Recreation office
• Riverfront Community Center
• Transfer Station and Bulky Waste Facility
• Welles-Turner Memorial Library
• Probate Court

All Town facilities will observe standard operating hours before and after the staff program.
