Man Faces Voyeurism Charge in Glastonbury
Police say the suspect admitted that he took photos under a woman's skirt.

A man is facing a voyeurism charge after he was seen secretly taking pictures of a woman under her skirt while he was helping her with her car at a Glastonbury office park.
Glastonbury Police say that on Dec. 14, officers responded to 655 Winding Brook Drive, on a report that someone had witnessed a man using his cell phone to secretly photograph her under her skirt while he was helping her with her car.
The investigation revealed Joseph Ferrell, 42, of Southhampton, MA, admitted to using his cell phone to secretly take video up a woman’s skirt without her knowledge, police said.

Police said they also determined that Ferrell, who works in the building, “may have been engaged in this type of activity over a period of months at 655 Winding Brook Drive as well as around the center of Glastonbury. GPD is currently attempting to identify other victims.”
Ferrell was charged with voyeurism for the Dec. 14 incident and the investigation continues.
