Teen Facing Robbery Charge After Glastonbury Online Exchange Rip-Off
A Windsor teen is in custody in a Glastonbury armed robbery case, according to a warrant.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A 19-year-old has been slapped with a first-degree robbery charge after an online marketplace exchange ran amok in Glastonbury, police said.
Glastonbury police released details of the March 5 warrant arrest Wednesday.
According to an arrest report, on Feb. 4, a Glastonbury resident who was re-selling merchandise via an online marketplace, reported that a man, identified as Jayce Williams, took clothing from him after implying he had a weapon.

Williams appeared in Manchester Super Court on March 5 and was held on a $50,000 bond. He remained in custody Wednesday and is slated to be back before a judge on March 19, according to judicial system records. The official charge is first-degree robbery with the threat of a firearm, police said.
