Residents urged to sign up for emergency notifications with CTAlert.

The Town of Granby is taking steps to prepare for Hurricane Sandy. The storm is to the south and its ultimate direction is not clear. The Town’s Emergency Management Personnel are tracking the storm closely. Residents are encouraged to sign up with CTAlert or update your profile. This is
a reliable way for residents to receive information regarding emergency notifications.

Please go to www.CTAlert.gov and sign up or update your profile for emergency notices. Residents may also sign up for “News & Announcements” subscription on the Town of Granby’s website by clicking on the “Subscribe” icon on the home page.

The town urges residents to make preliminary preparations for the storm.
