EAST GRANBY, CT — A local golf course will be hosting a sidewalk sale, bake sale and multi-family tag sale this weekend to benefit a severely injured young boy.

Auggie is 3 years old and recently lost his ability to walk following an incident with an impaired driver. He is getting around-the-clock assistance since becoming paralyzed.

The event will take place Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days, outside the pro shop at Copper Hill Golf Club, 20 Copper Hill Road in East Granby. There will be a sale on Foot Joy shirts and outerwear, as well as gently used head covers and golf clubs.
