East Granby's Friend to Friend Thrift Shop Has Summer Closeout Sale

Get $5 bags of clothes and 50 percent discounts on other items before the shop closes to restock between Sept. 4 and Sept. 8. Supplement your back to school purchases and help a good cause.

East Granby’s is holding a summer clearance sale though Sept. 1, offering deep discounts to shoppers before the store closes between Sept. 4 and Sept. 8 to restock with fall and inter-season clothing. The shop re-opens on Sept. 11 with a fresh stock.

Visitors to the shop can fill bags of clothing and pay only $5, as well as enjoy a 50 percent discount on all other items. This is a good way for parents picking out back to school clothes on a budget to supplement other purchases and fill out their kids' wardrobes.

The shop will start accepting fall and winter apparel donations after Sept. 1. All donations should be in good, wearable condition – the thrift shop cannot accept stained or torn clothing.
