Event Spotlight: Meditate for Meals Food Drive

East Granby’s Park and Recreation Department is sponsoring a town wide Meditation on Saturday, June 1st at 9:00 am at the East Granby Farms Recreation Area located at 79 North Main St., East Granby, in the event of rain it will be held indoors. The meditation, led by East Granby resident Josette Lumbruno, will be a meditation on gratitude. The purpose for this is to bring the community together and offer gratitude for our family, friends, neighbors and those we have lost along the way. With everyone’s schedule so busy, we often do not take the time to remember just how grateful we are as a community and individually.
