GRANBY-EAST GRANBY, CT— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?
She is a mom to four kids under 6, opened her own optometry practice in town while pregnant and working full time at another practice — she is also an active member of the Women's Club in town, demonstrating the importance of giving back to the community!
Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?
She works really hard and loves us so much.
