Joyce, 27, of 55 Elm St., Tariffville, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when the registration or license is refused or suspended, failing to carry insurance meeting the minimum requirements and failure to appear in the second degree. Victor Dwain Joyner, 39, of Q22 Mill Pond Road, Broad Brook, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when the registration or license is refused or suspended. Aug. 15 Michael Dahmke, 21, of 60 Silver Brook Lane, Granby, was charged with having weapons in a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance – non-narcotic, non-hallucinogenic, under four ounces. Jose Martinez, 32, of 149 Dorset St., Springfield, MA, was charged with larceny in the fifth degree and forgery in the second degree.
