Aug. 19 No arrests. Aug. 18 Two juveniles, both 17, were both charged with possession of less than one half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Aug. 17 Braeden J. Dion, 27, of 555 Russel Road, Westfield, MA, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a stop sign violation and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multi-lane highway. Aug. 16 Matthew J. Bossi, 24, of 120 Kimberly Road, East Granby, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of less than four ounces of a non-hallucinogenic, non-narcotic controlled substance, possession of less than one half-ounce of marijuana and improper color of stop lamps and turn signals. Leanora Frechette, 21, of 10 Christopher St., Enfield, CT, was charged with third degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third degree larceny.
