Aug. 2 Mariusz J. Bajeck, 36, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, criminal trespass in the first degree and criminal mischief in the second degree. Aug. 3 Juliane Banas, 31, of 252 Old County Road, Windsor Locks, was charged with larceny in the sixth degree (shoplifting) and breach of peace. Matthew Madley, 33, of 572 Pilgrims Harbor, Wallingford, was charged with larceny in the third degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree. Aug. 4 Robert J. Keating, 46, of 55 Notch Road, Granby, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, disobeying the signal of an officer and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multi-lane highway. Raymond F. McArthur, 24, of 12 Carriage Lane, Torrington, was charged with speeding. Aug. 5 No arrests were made.
