Chudzinski, 54, of 117 Salmon Brook Street, Granby, was charged with breach of the peace: threatening, interfering with an officer in a non-assaultive manner and assault of a public safety/emergency medical personal: capable of/ "cause m." Kristain Jon Monighetti, 35, of 51 Riverton Road, Riverton, was charged with three counts of forging, altering, falsifying prescriptions or affixing a false label and three counts of forgery in the second degree. Aug. 27 No arrests.
