July 17

Travis Belanger, 19, of 106 Case Street, Granby, was charged with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 19

Craig G. Roman, 53, of 404 Salmon Brook St., Granby, was charged with failing to have insurance meeting minimum requirements, operating a motor vehicle when the registration or license is suspended or refused, improper use of a marker, registration or license, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display number plates and stickers.

July 20

Bryan Michael Lee Miner-Doherty, 23, of 10 Thompson Court, Enfield, was charged with having weapons in his vehicle.

July 23

Patrick B. Keegan, 46, of 67 Eddy Road, Barkhamsted, was charged with speeding.

Matilda O. Mensah, 33, of 5 Addison St., Manchester, was charged with speeding.

Robert J. Douglas III, 22, of 7 Crestview Road, Tarrifville, was charged with home invasion and threatening.

July 24

Allan Jeremiah Rowley, 58, of 437 Sheldon St., Hartford, was charged with creating a public disturbance without fighting, threatening or obstructing.
