July 6 Ashley Ann Smith, 24, of 77 East Street, Granby, was charged with failing to have car insurance meeting minimum requirements and operating a motor vehicle when the license or registration is refused or suspended. July 7 David I. Peterson, 71, of Granby, was arrested on a warrant with charges of sexual assault in the fourth degree and non-assaultive, non-threatening breach of peace. July 8 Kailyn M. Schiffmacher, 18, of 216 Loomis Street, Granby, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor, first offense. Kylynn Kane, 18, of 222 North Hollow Road, East Hartland, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor, first offense. Brian G. Baksh-Doyle, 19, of 91 Gordon Street, South Windsor, was charged with speeding. Cheri Eisenhaure, 55, of 504 Timber Lane, Collinsville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading responsibility and operation of a motor vehicle while using a handheld cell phone.
