Princess And The Prom, Really Rockin' Reading, And Granby Zoning Board of Appeals
Tuesday Feb. 15, 2011

Today is Tuesday Feb. 15, 2011 and there are 319 days left in the year. The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for most of the state today. The temperature will reach a high of 24 degrees in the Granbys today, but tomorrow we will see another warm, sunny day with temperatures in the mid-40's.
Have an old homecoming or prom dress taking up space in your storage room? From Feb. 15 until Mar. 15 you can donate your lightly-used dresses to Princess and The Prom, a Granby-based charity that provides prom dresses for young women across the state that can't afford one. The Farmington Valley YMCA will be accepting dresses along with many other businesses across the region. For a complete list of drop-off centers visit the Princess and The Prom website.
