
Construction of the new Salmon Brook Park recreation pavilion is progressing quickly now that the warmer temperatures have arrived.
Granby town officials are hoping what has unofficially been named the 'Pond House' will be ready for an early July opening.
The building will serve as a concessions stand, program room, and will be the new location of the Granby Park and Recreation administrative offices. The project is costing the town approximately $700,000, according to recreation director Tom Tyburski.
