From the town of Granby:Road reconstruction on Silver Street will begin Monday, Aug. 5, at 7 a.m. The work area will be from the Silver Street Bridge area traveling north approximately 3,000 feet.  It is not anticipated that the road will be closed at any time during the construction. The major part of the construction project is expected to be completed by Friday, Aug. 9. Motorists may anticipate delays or temporary lane closures and should use caution when driving in the area.
