GRANBY-EAST GRANBY, CT — The winter sports season is now behind us, the first day of spring looms on Tuesday and practices officially kicked off Saturday for all seven CIAC-sanctioned spring sports in Connecticut. With the coming of the new season comes the hope for success, with the ultimate goal being winning a state championship.

Granby Memorial High School's seven spring team state titles date back to 1979, while East Granby is still in search of its first spring team championship.
