To get him to calm down, I’ve come up with the Peanut (his nickname) 500, in which I run in a circle carrying my son around the dining room/kitchen/living room loop in our house.

Peanut - my wife’s nickname for our son - wins every time. (No judging the hair, we run the Peanut 500 at odd hours of the morning.)
