Stephen Humanick, 40, of 54 Summit Farms Road in Southington, was arrested on Feb. 4 on Salmon Brook Street in Granby on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane. A juvenile, age 16, was arrested by Granby Police on Feb. 5 on North Granby Road and charged with disorderly conduct. Roland Lee Richardson, 29, of 138 Vining Hill Road in Southwick, MA, was arrested by Granby police on Feb. 5 and charged with evading responsibility while driving a motor vehicle.  Richardson was involved in a motor vehicle accident causing damage to another vehicle and fled the scene, according to the police report.  Granby police said they caught up with Richardson on Feb. 5 and made anarrest.
