Visions For Vacancies: East Granby

EAST GRANBY, CT — It's time for our latest Visions For Vacancies column, in which we highlight a vacant commercial property and ask readers to tell us what they think would be the best use for it.

If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Remember, some of the spaces available are limited in size. For example, it's not possible to fit a Trader Joe's into a 350 square-foot office unit.

Today we are featuring two office spaces in a large building, constructed in 1992 just off Route 20, near Bradley International Airport. One space measures 4,000 square feet, while the other consists of a whopping 27,486 square feet.
