Mobley and Gonzalez were detained, police said.
"An on-scene investigation revealed Mobley conspired with his co-conspirator to impersonate the victim as he attempted to use the victim's stolen credit card to complete a purchase of $7,101 two separate times," police said. "That the same victim's credit card was utilized in New York just hours prior at another retail store where they successfully purchased $13,390 worth of merchandise that was confirmed stolen by the credit card holder."
