Dispute Continues Over Armstrong Renovation Project

GREENWICH--A debate over the status of the soil at Grenewich Armstrong Courtis continuing.

The Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission and the Housing Authority continued discussing a proposed renovation project at Armstrong Court, and whether the soil there is contaminated, according to Greenwich Time.

The lengthy debate on Tuesday lasted until Wednesday morning.

The Housing Authority says the soil is clean, however neighbors and a surveyor say its contaminated.
