EytanArt Donates to North Street School PTA

The Greenwich resident plans fund-raisers for all town schools.

Greenwich residents Susan Nisinzweig and her son Eytan Nisinzweig, who have created EytanArt, have made a donation to the North Street School.

Eytan, an artist and a musician, is a young Greenwich man with autism who has been leading weekly sing-alongs for the Greenwich Public School Pre-School classrooms for the past seven years.

Eytan’s School design on the School Norms poster, as well as his other artwork found in the Give and Get R.E.A.L. (respect, esteem, acceptance, love) poster set, can be found in the classrooms and hallways of every Greenwich Public School.

This past fall, EytanArt proposed doing a T-shirt and mug fundraiser for each school using Eytan’s familiar drawing, to help each school’s PTA raise the funds needed to enhance anti-bullying and social-emotional learning throughout the year.

The first of many fundraising events recently concluded at North Street School and Eytan and his mother Susan presented a check to Principal Jill Flood and the PTA Co-Presidents Rosanne Berman and Jenny-Dee Weedon.

EytanArt is looking forward to conducting fundraisers with every school and organization in Greenwich that’s interested in building respect and self-esteem in lives of children.
