Family Centers Names Director of New Greenwich Health Clinic

The clinic is expected to open this spring.

Family Centers has announced that Tom Diaz has been named manager of its new federally qualified health clinic that will open in mid-spring at the Wilbur Peck housing complex.

Diaz, a resident of Ridgefield, will oversee the day-to-day operation, strategic implementation and management of the clinic.

Called Family Centers’ Healthcare at Wilbur Peck Court, the clinic will provide primary healthcare services to children and adults living in Greenwich Public Housing units, Section 8 housing and the surrounding neighborhoods. In time, it’s expected the clinic will also offer mental health and dental services.
