Greenwich High School Class of 1961 Holds 55th Reunion

The reunion will take place the weekend of September 23-25.

GREENWICH, CT - Members of the Greenwich High School Class of 1961 will return to Greenwich the weekend September 23-25, 2016 for a 55th Reunion. Over 75 GHS 1961 classmates are already signrd up to attend, with more expected. Because our High school experience covered more than our one class year, members of the classes of 1960 & 1962 are also being invited to join in.

The Greenwich Water Club in Cos Cob will serve as our host location. Events there include a Friday cocktail party, the Saturday evening main event party and a Sunday brunch. Some classmates will be staying at the Cos Cob Inn, across from the Water Club.

While many 1961 classmates still live in the area, others will be coming from all across the country – from Maine to Florida, to California and places in between.

In addition to cocktail and meals, classmates will be catching up on their Greenwich memories and what it has to offer today. That will include visits to Greenwich Point, the Bruce Museum, and other local attractions and recreation, likely including some local golf. On Friday, September 23, Greenwich High School will host a reception and tour of the school, which is new to us since our graduation.
