Greenwich Man Faces DWI Charge

GREENWICH, CT - A Greenwich man is facing a driving while intoxicated charge after Greenwich Police obtained an arrest warrant.

Joseph S. Tyminski, 53, of 46 Morningside Dr., Greenwich, was arrested at his home on March 16 in connection with a Dec. 15 incident on Strickland Road in Cos Cob, according to a Greenwich Police report.

Tyminski also was charged with failure to drive in proper lane. The police report did not include details on the original incident.

He was unable to post a $25,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear March 23 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
