Greenwich United Way Changes Locations

The Greenwich United Way will be moving locations from Lafayette Court to 500 West Putnam effective July 10.

From Greenwich United Way: The Greenwich United Way is moving from 1 Lafayette Court to a more functional location at 500 West Putnam Avenue, Suite 415 on Saturday, July 8. "The new space will better allow us to continue our mission to meet the needs of the community through our Community Investment Fund and help us launch our new Direct Impact Programs" said Greenwich United Way CEO, David Rabin, in an email to constituents, donors and volunteers. The first business day at the new location will be Monday, July 10.

Allan Murphy of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Greenwich United Way on the sale of the organization’s building, which sold in April, and was the leasing agent for the new office space. "Greenwich United Way asked us to find them a central location in Greenwich that would provide staff and agencies, donors and board members a more practical office space" said Murphy. He continued, "We were provided a budget and narrowed down a few options based on that criteria".

The Community Planning Council, Reading Champions, Greenwich Jr United Way and Community Answers programs will move with Greenwich United Way staff and continue to be housed together at this new address.
