As a resident of Greenwich for sixty plus years and as a dedicated public servant who served on the Representative Town Meeting for 20 years, including as Chair of District 11, I have always believed in the power of independent voices to safeguard our town's future. It is with great pride—and a mother's heartfelt plea—that I urge my fellow Greenwich residents to vote “Row C” for my daughter, Karen Fassuliotis, as the Independent candidate for the Board of Estimate and Taxation, or BET, on November 4th (or vote for her early now through November 2nd).
My daughter, Karen, learned early on that true leadership is not about political divisiveness but rather it is about putting people in Greenwich first. With her deep roots here and her professional background as a lawyer, combined with her community service and pro bono work, Karen will continue to champion budgets that protect our schools and services without waste, and ensure our tax dollars work harder for all of us, not just special interests.
In an era of divided politics, we need leaders like my daughter, Karen, who can bridge gaps and deliver results. As someone who devoted decades of service to our town, I know she has the integrity, intellect, and independence to make a real difference. Please join me in supporting her: Vote community, over politics on Line C. Vote Karen Fassuliotis for BET.
