Greenwich is not just a town I serve, it is the town to which I have made a lifelong commitment. The compensation is the opportunity to work for the residents who are second to none when it comes to civic pride. That pride is something that is on display each day, from Pemberwick to Pinetum, from Round Hill to Riverside, from Byram to Bible St, and from The Griff to The Avenue.
The progress we have made together these past four years is a source of pride for many of us lucky enough to be in a position of involvement. That progress is just a continuation of the good works of all those who have come before us, and will certainly be built upon by those who come after us. We are that bridge from a storied past to a bright, bold future.

As we begin a new term on December 1st, I commit to a continuation of the endeavor to keep Greenwich as a destination for people all over the world, and as a home like no other to the 63,000 lucky ones who call themselves citizens of Greenwich.
As always,
Fred
