Why are the congregants of Living Hope Church being encouraged to build a 5 bedroom/ 4 bathroom house - the design of which - 41’ on stilts with outdoor elevator to a rooftop deck - which neighbors shared doesn't conform with the neighborhood per comments & emails to P+Z - for the pastor and his wife - and- additional structures including a 3 car garage - and a 2nd house- with apartment - while keeping the current 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house where the new (18 mos.) pastor now lives - and adding 2 new driveways into S. End Court - and more additions proposed- on current proposed Combined Lots 38 + 30 West End Ave., OG (floodwater + heavy rain - partic. high at high tide: all routed into Ole Creek, Riverside -at times already flooded) - and more?
