[GREENWICH, CT/SEP 8, 2025] – The YMCA of Greenwich is celebrating Welcoming Month with special promotions, free community events, and new programs designed to bring neighbors together. At the center of this year’s celebration is a limited-time new member promotion: 50% off the joiner’s fee and 10% off membership dues for the remainder of 2025.

Promotions Encourage More Families to Join

In addition to the discounted membership offer, the YMCA is rolling out a Kids Night Out 10-Pack that covers all monthly KNO events from September through June. Children will enjoy alternating game nights and swim nights, giving parents peace of mind and kids a safe, active way to connect with friends.

Newcomers can also explore YMCA programs risk-free with a 7-day free trial, available throughout September.

Exciting Programs Kick Off in September

Many of the YMCA’s signature programs also begin this month, making September the perfect time to get involved. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a program for cancer survivors, launches its fall session, while youth programs in sports, music, and enrichment welcome children back for a new season of learning and play. The YMCA’s childcare programs, including Afterschool and the Early Learning Center, also resume, providing families with trusted care and support.
