July 24

Maria Bliven, 40, of 60 West Street in New London, was charged with improper use of marker, operating/tow an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol 2nd, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer – non assaultive 

Kimberly Dawson, 23, of 378 Norman Road 24 in Griswold, was charged with fifth-degree larceny: shoplifting. 

July 25

Jason A. Domin, 36, of 91 Buddington Road 113 in Groton, was charged with operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked and failure to keep plates readable. 

Jennifer M. Purdon, 18, of 17 Cliff Road in Ledyard, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny: shoplifting, two counts of conspiracy (misdemeanor C) and possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ oz marijuana. 

Brenna L. Daughtery, 21, of 103 Georgia Street in Groton, was charged with two counts of sixth degree larceny: shoplifting, breach of peace, and two counts of conspiracy. 

Victoria E. Sior, 21, of 171 Ann Avenue in Mystic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny: embezzlement. 

Kevin Harrilal, 26, of 195 Michelle Lane 315 in Groton, was charged with violation of protective order. 

July 27

Sandra A. Winchester, 51, of 211 Seneca Drive in Groton, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, and two counts of sixth degree larceny: theft from building. 

Robert Hart, 50, of 700 Vauxhall Street Extension in Waterford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence (3rd/Subs), drinking while operating a motor vehicle and second degree criminal mischief.

July 28

Dena F. Milliner, 27, of 36 Truman Street B in New London, was charged with illegal use of credit card.

Jeremy Whitehead, 52, of 5 Sachem Terrace in Norwich, was charged with third degree assault, breach of peace. 

Kenneth E. Briers, 31, of 15 Chapell Street in New London, was charged with possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogenic sub/4 oz, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
