• Groton schools 'devastated' by death of Mystic River School teacher, official says (nhregister.com) — Groton school officials say they are heartbroken after longtime Mystic River School teacher Kerry Ann Nystrom died suddenly at age 63, prompting an early dismissal Friday so students and staff could grieve. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at Sacred Heart Church in Groton, followed by burial in Mystic, and the district is emphasizing support for its school community.
