Michelle Wilt, 46, of 43A South Road 11 , was charged with evading responsibility. 

July 31

Kirk R. Mercado, 32, of 7 Crescent Street in Uncasville, was charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, improper use-marker/license/registration, operating/tow unregistered motor vehicle, illegal possession of motor vehicle number plate or insert. 

Christopher M. Young, 31, of 42 Lathrop Road 2 in Uncasville, was charged with failure to drive improper lante: multiple lane highway and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. 

Sarah M. Shours, 18, of 23 Fox TRL in Mashantucket, was charged with sixth degree larceny: shoplifting. 

Shannon White, 18, of 665 Jackson Avenue in Bronx, New York, was charged with first degree criminal trespass, breach of peace, third degree assault, possession of a controlled substance,: non-narcotic/hallucinogenic/less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce. 

Dee C. Cheshire, 76, of 373 Colonel Ledyard Highway in Ledyard, was charged with second degree criminal trespass and fifth degree larceny: theft from building.

August 1

Christina M. Baxter, 31, of 5 Lake Street in Groton, was charged with disorderly conduct and third degree assault. 

August 2

Walter L. Ward, Jr. 34, of 21 Fort Hill Road 3C, was charged with breach of peace.

Brandon R. Plemons, 42, of 65 Pink Row in Uncasville, was charged with fourth degree larceny, second degree criminal trover damage to a motor vehicle and third degree criminal trespass. 

August 3

Catherine Simmons, 51, of 435 High Street 18, was charged with breach of peace, first degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, sixth degree larceny. 

Timothy M. Edwards, 28, of 31 Wolcott in Waterbury, was charged with possession of controlled substance: narcotics. 

Gabriella Grace Rodriquez, 18, of 15 Cape Ann Court in New London, was charged with breach of peace, first degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer and sixth degree larceny. 

Heather m. Pirnat, 47, of 435 High Street 18 in Mystic, was charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. 

Caroline Rivera, 49, of 435 Hight Street 18 in Mystic, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

August 4

Ellen Malavenda, 52, of 13 Malavenda Lane in Norwich was charged with sixth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny. 

Christopher J. Shepard, Jr., 28, of 3704 E. Clementine Street in Philadelphia, Penn., was charged with breach of peace and risk of injury to a child. 

Jaqueline M. Bennett, 23, of 263 Route 165 in Preston, was charged with breach of peace and risk of injury to a child.
