Ledge Light Offers Free Smoking Cessation Program
The health district is offering a six-week program to help smokers quit.
The Ledge Light Health District is sponsoring a free, six-week smoking cessation program beginning next month. The program promises to help smokers tailor a a "bullet-proof" quit plan for themselves. Quitting can be easy for a short time and Ledge Light's program will teach smokers how to stay smoke free for life.
The program begins July 10 and recurs on Wednesday through August 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Groton Senior Center.
