Massive Residential Complex Sold For Over $25 Million In Groton Deal

A complex on over 9 acres in Groton was sold recently.

GROTON, CT — A complex with 141 units was sold for $25.4 million recently, according to a statement from Northeast Private Client Group.

Groton Townhomes is located at 126 Litton Ave. The buyer was Rowin Capital and its affiliate Penlane Real Estate, which has offices in Connecticut and New York.

The complex has over 116,000 square feet across 29 buildings located on 9.24 acres. The 141 units are one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes.

Northeast Private Client Group "specializes in mixed-use, retail, industrial and multifamily real estate, exclusively representing investors, property owners, and professional real estate investors," according to the statement.

The group has completed over 1,350 transactions totaling $4.1 billion in the Northeast and Southeast.
