Richard K. Alexander, CDR USN (Ret.), 79, retired naval submarine officer, died Feb. 27, from complications of a lung disease at Harrington Court in Colchester.

Charles Victor Halligan, 69, of Crowell, formerly of Noank, died, Feb. 21.

Leonard James Thomas Hutchins, who grew up in Old Mystic and worked at Electric Boat, died Feb. 26 at Concord Hospice House, Concord, N.H.

Lillian (Lamb) Hansen, 93, formerly of South Road, who retired from the former Soneco Products Corp in Groton, died Feb. 28 at the Groton Regency.

David Bruce Irons, 66, who served at the 1109th TASMG (AVCRAD) in Groton, died Feb. 27.
