Approximately 345 people ran the Tour de Noank, a certified 5K race that begins and ends at Esker Point Beach, Saturday. The Parks and Recreation Department has been organizing the event for more than 20 years, according to Ben Morse, who said half of the proceeds go toward Prader-Willi Syndrome research.
