Moderate traffic on Route 184 is uncommon but an overturned boat on Interstate 95 near exit 89 caused most travellers to seek an alternative route. The Day newspaper reported around 3:40 Tuesday afternoon that traffic on I-95 was reduced to one lane and overflow was inundating side roads. Route 184, or a.k.a. Gold Star Highway, runs nearly parallel to I-95 for some part of it and will safely lead motorists around the obstacle.
